A Stunning First-Floor Transformation

Big changes are coming! I’m thrilled to share the details of our latest home renovation project, a full transformation of the first floor in a gorgeous two-story home. This renovation includes a fresh new look for the foyer, living room, dining room, breakfast room, half bath, and kitchen. Our goal? To create a seamless, stylish, and highly functional space that truly feels like home for our clients.

The homeowners wanted a space that feels both cozy and inviting, where every room flows effortlessly into the next. Since the first floor is where family and guests spend the most time, it was important to focus on aesthetics, functionality, and durability. Starting with a fresh coat of paint

One of the most impactful changes in this renovation is the addition of a warm white throughout the home, instantly brightening and elevating the space. I’m especially excited about the dining room—it’s getting a major design moment! From layered textures in drapery and wall art to statement lighting and a custom wall feature I’ll be creating myself, this space will be a perfect blend of sophistication and personality.
